BERLINER KUECHE ist eine Werkserie der HOLZFREUNDE die einfache konstruktive Einbauten zum Leben, Wohnen und Arbeiten zum Inhalt hat. Ziel ist die Einsparung von Ressourcen durch a) Reduktion, b) Materialien die alterungs- und instandsetzungsfähig sind und c) die Wiederverwendbarkeit der wesentlichen Bauteile.
Konstruktive Basis ist die spezifisch entwickelte Spantenbauweise, bevorzugtes Material ist Birkensperrholz mit Melamin- und Phenolharzfilm („Schalungsplatten“).
BERLINER KUECHE is a work series of simple customized built-in furniture by HOLZFREUNDE creating space to live and/or work. Aim is to save recources by a) reduction, b) the use of materials that have the ability of good aging and maintenance and c) the re-use of substantial construction elements.
The construction is based on a specificly developed section-frame-work made of birch plywood with melamin and phenol resign coating.
